A Connected Live Appointment for Designers and Retailers.
Live Appointment Mode is bridal market appointment software. The sales representative presents the collection while the retailer follows along on their own phone or tablet — favoriting styles, adding notes, capturing photos and building a potential wholesale order in the same appointment.
How a live bridal appointment works
- 1
The representative opens the appointment
A sales representative starts the appointment from the designer's platform and selects the line or collection being shown.
- 2
The retailer joins from a phone or tablet
The retailer opens the shared link or scans a QR code. No app installation and no account setup during the appointment.
- 3
The representative controls the presentation
Styles advance from the representative's device. Both screens stay on the same style, so nobody is scrolling a catalog while the story is being told.
- 4
The retailer marks favorites
Buyers tap to favorite the styles they want to revisit, building a shortlist while the appointment is still happening.
- 5
The retailer adds notes
Fabric questions, delivery questions, size or customization requests are written against the style they belong to.
- 6
Photos stay connected to the style
Photos captured during the appointment are stored against the correct style number rather than in an unsorted camera roll.
- 7
The retailer builds a potential order
Styles and quantities are gathered into a potential order the designer can review, adjust and confirm as a wholesale order.
- 8
Both sides receive an organized recap
The appointment recap contains the presented styles, favorites, notes, photos and the potential order — ready for follow-up.
How this differs from how bridal appointments are usually run
| The usual approach | With Live Appointment Mode |
|---|---|
| Paper line sheets | A printed line sheet cannot record what the buyer liked. Live Appointment Mode captures interest as it happens, on the style itself. |
| Handwritten notes | Notes written on a pad have to be transcribed later and rarely match back to the right style number. Here they are already attached. |
| Unorganized phone photos | Market photos usually end up as hundreds of unlabeled images. Every photo taken in an appointment stays with its style. |
| Standard product catalogs | A catalog is browsing. A live appointment is a guided presentation the representative controls, with the retailer participating in real time. |
| Traditional retailer portals | A portal is where a retailer goes afterwards. Live Appointment Mode is the appointment itself — and the portal continues the same record afterwards. |
Live Appointment Mode questions
What is Live Appointment Mode?
Live Appointment Mode is bridal market appointment software. A designer's sales representative presents styles from their own device while the retailer follows along in real time on a phone or tablet, marking favorites, adding notes and building a potential wholesale order during the appointment.
How does a live appointment work?
The representative opens the appointment and shares a link or QR code. The retailer joins from their phone or tablet, the representative controls which style is on screen, and both sides stay on the same style throughout the appointment. Everything the retailer marks is saved against the style it belongs to.
Can the retailer mark favorites and add notes?
Yes. The retailer can favorite styles, write notes on individual styles and capture photos that stay attached to the correct style number instead of being lost in a camera roll.
Does the retailer need to install anything?
No. The retailer joins from a browser on a phone or tablet using the link or QR code the representative shares.
What happens after the appointment ends?
Both the designer and the retailer receive an organized recap containing the styles that were presented, the retailer's favorites, notes, photos and the potential order that was built. The designer can then confirm the potential order as a wholesale order and continue follow-up from the platform.
Can Live Appointment Mode be used at bridal markets and trade shows?
Yes. It is built for market weeks, trade shows and showroom appointments, including back-to-back appointments run by multiple sales representatives.
