Who we are

Information we collect
Account information you provide: name, business/brand name, email address, telephone number and login credentials handled by our authentication provider. Business records you create in the platform: retailers and their contact details, appointments, orders and order items, collections and styles, prices, notes, reminders and messages, uploaded files such as logos, style photos and videos, and signed documents. Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, and activity/usage records generated when you sign in and use the service, which we use for security and to operate the product.
Information we do not collect
We do not intentionally collect government identity numbers, health information, precise geolocation, or payment card numbers. Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, which handles card data directly; we receive only limited billing status information.
Why we use information
To operate and provide the service; to authenticate users and manage accounts and roles; to create and process appointments, orders and reminders; to send transactional and reminder emails you or your workspace configure; to provide customer support; to detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; to produce analytics and reporting inside your own workspace; to improve the service; and to power optional AI features when you use them.
AI features
When you use AI assistant features, the relevant prompt and the business context you submit are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. AI output is assistance only, may be inaccurate, and should be reviewed before you rely on it for business decisions.
Sharing of information
We share information with service providers that are necessary to run the platform, including hosting and application infrastructure, database, authentication and file storage, email delivery, payment processing and AI processing. Our current list of providers is published on our Subprocessors page. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Tenant separation
Each designer workspace, boutique and retailer account is separated at the database level. Access rules are enforced by the database itself, so users can only read and write records belonging to organizations they have been granted access to.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as the account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes such as accounting, dispute resolution, security investigation and legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion interval; deletion requests are handled through the privacy request process described below.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can submit any of these requests in the portal under Settings, Privacy & Security, Privacy request, or by writing to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We verify identity before acting on requests that affect account data. Rights and response times vary by jurisdiction.
International data
You may use the service from different countries. Information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including by the providers listed on our Subprocessors page, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Children
The Designer Portal is business software intended for business users. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Updates
