Information you provide (name, email, boutique details, message content), information created through use of the platform (orders, appointments, inventory, and payments you enter), and basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed for security and statistics.
How we use it
To provide and operate the service, support your account, answer enquiries, improve and secure the system, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing with third parties
Data may be shared with infrastructure and service providers acting for us (cloud hosting, databases, messaging) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law or judicial order.
Security
Data is stored in an encrypted cloud environment with access controls. Boutique data is restricted to members of that boutique through database-level access policies; platform administrators cannot view customer data.
Retention
We retain data while the account is active and for as long as needed for legal, accounting, or claim-defence purposes. You may request deletion when the engagement ends.
