Acceptance
Using the website and platform of AME Business Solutions LLC, doing business as AME Bridal Solutions, means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate, current details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must report unauthorised use immediately.
Subscriptions and payment
The service is offered on a subscription basis. Trial period, prices, and billing terms are set out on the pricing page or in your quote. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access other systems or accounts, or copy, duplicate, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Do not upload infringing or abusive content.
Your content and client data
Data you enter remains yours. You confirm you have obtained any consents required from your clients before entering their details. We process that data on your behalf in line with our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
All rights in the software, design, trademarks, and site content belong to the company and may not be used without written permission.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided AS IS. Subject to law, our liability is limited to the amounts actually paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
